Room sharing¶
Room sharing groups attendees who share lodging. Attendees can form groups with a code or you can match attendees who have no group. This may be useful if your event has shared lodging spaces (e.g., a camp or a group trip).
Rules¶
There are some rules you can set in regards to room sharing.
| Rule | Description |
|---|---|
| Minimum and maximum people | The minimum and maximum group size. The maximum can be 2 to 12 people. |
| Approval | Who can approve a new group. |
| Lock changes at | The date and time after which attendees can't change their groups. |
| Same ticket tier | Everyone in a group in a group is paired by ticket tier |
| Same gender | Everyone in a group is paired by gender, which is declared using a custom question at checkout. |
Managing groups¶
The Groups tab lists every group with its members and allows you to manage those groups. To download a CSV of all groups, choose "Export rooming list".
