Schedules¶
The schedule lists the sessions at your event. Attendees will see it on the event page and can add sessions to their calendar. This is good if you host lightning talks, schedule dinners, or check-ins.
Sessions¶
For each session, you can set a title, description, location, speaker, start time, and end time. You'll do this in the event's time zone.
Each session can be configured to be visible to different people. For example, a Sponsors' reception could be visible to your staff and sponsors, but would ultimately not be visible to the public.
RSVPs¶
Turn on "Accept RSVPs" on a session to let attendees tell you they plan to attend. The session's RSVP list shows who responded, and you can send those attendees a notification about things relating to that session.
Importing¶
If you have an existing calendar, you can import it to the Schedule using its ICS file.Klipspringer hides imported sessions until you edit each one and choose who can see it.
Allowing speakers to schedule sessions¶
If you invite speakers as an organizer and give them the "Create and delete their own schedule items" permission, they can create and manage their own sessions, but not other sessions.
