Waitlists¶

A waitlist allows people to queue for a sold-out ticket. When tickets become available, Klipspringer offers them to people in the order that they joined. You can turn on a waitlist in the ticket tier settings. You cannot use a waitlist for seated tickets or for venues.

You can configure how long a waitlist offer lasts before it goes to the next person. By default, waitlist offers will last 24 hours. You should consider using shorter hold closer to the event so unclaimed tickets move on quicker.
