Pricing¶

Klipspringer is currently free during the beta. The following does not apply until the end of the beta. Pricing may change before the beta ends.
Klipspringer will charge 3% of the net price of the ticket, add-on, or membership. That's it.
Free tickets¶
Free tickets are free. We don't charge for those.
How is the fee calculated?¶
It is 3% of the price of the product, excluding taxes. Examples:
- If you charge $100 for a ticket, you will pay us $3.
- If you charge $100 for a ticket and add 6% tax for a total of $106, you will still pay us $3.
- If you charge $0 for a ticket, you will pay us $0.
What if I refund somebody?¶
We will credit the fee back on the next invoice if you do so through the software.
Does the fee apply to cash transactions or manual transfers?¶
Yes, if it was done through Klipspringer.
When are invoices issued?¶
The first day of the month at or around midnight (UTC). They're due 31 days later. There is interest of 1% (monthly) for overdue payments.
Does this include payment processor fees?¶
Payment processor fees are not included.
Is there special pricing for non-profits and small organizations?¶
